I’m new to AOMEI and have two questions:
1. I have a Seagate 2 terabyte external backup hard drive. In the past I’ve used both Windows10 backup and Seagate Dashboard backup. https://brownjp698.weebly.com/download-mac-1011-1.html. I’ve decided to use AOMEI Backupper exclusively because of its ease of use and ability to create a full system image. My backup drive is ¾ full. I want to delete subdirectories that are no longer used. My understanding is that the Backupper files and system image are stored in subdirectory “System Backup(1).” Would it be safe to delete all the other subdirectories on my backup drive? The other subdirectories are named “FileHistory,” “OFFICEPC,” “Seagate Dashboard 2.0,” “Start-Here-Mac.app,” and “WindowsImageBackup.”

I've just bought a Seagate Backup Plus which I now find (it was not clear when researching the Seagate) is compatible only with OS X 10.7 or later. Ironically I bought the SBP to back up before upgrading my OS. Seagate website states the disc can be re-formatted to work with existing version (10.6.8 to 10.7.5). Is it safe to do. When I connected the Seagate to my Mac, the drive icon showed up like this. When I opened it, the default content was all there. Microsoft office 2016 15.13.4 volume. Since I wanted to use it on Mac, I clicked the blue logo with the text “StartHere-Mac”. Using a file manager such as File Explorer or Finder, open LaCie Rugged SECURE and launch Start Here Win or Start Here Mac. Follow the onscreen instructions to register your device and install the Toolkit app, which you’ll need to enable security for LaCie Rugged SECURE. Since I wanted to use it on Mac, I clicked the blue logo with the text “StartHere-Mac”. It brought me to a webpage on Seagate’s site, where it clearly indicated the drive was initially set up to work with a Windows PC. Open the Disk Utility app and highlight your external hard.
2. The hard disk on my PC seems to be on its last legs, so I plan to purchase a new computer and transfer all my files and programs to it. Will the free version of AOMEI Backupper allow me to accomplish this by importing the full system image onto the hard drive of my new computer or will I have to purchase AOMEI Backupper Professional to do this? It is important that my existing programs in addition to my files get imported onto the new computer. https://arever765.weebly.com/how-to-make-cheese-sauce-for-mac-and-cheese.html.
